is there such thing :P
i want one for my site which lets people chat with webcams
most you have to pay though and im short on cash :P

flash media server 2 has a free developper edition limited to 10 users...if it's enougth for you...
on the other side you can also try RED5, an OS alternative to FMS (http://www.osflash.org/red5).

That is where you can find the developer edition.
AS with a previous post I would recommend you look into red5. I know the developers really well and they have done some pretty cool stuff with it and it's completely free =)

red5 is a very good idea...and i'm pretty sure it will rock... i praise GPL and open source... yet the video quality is, for now, very far from flash media server one.
