This is a little old, however I will still mention it.

That rule is quite outdated, it's from the days of TF when there were separate forums for images and sites. As the image showoff is now part of the studio, which gets less traffic and few comments, it doesn't really apply any more.

Maybe add some clouds in the sky, and alittle more detail like grass or something in the green. nice concept i like it :P Now lets see where it can go ^.^

This thing is oozing with potential.

Right now my eye doesn't believe that the blue is really the sky, and the green is the grass. Add texture, blend the house into the ground and the scenery around it. Add some clouds like TeKsT suggested. You might even add a *very* gentle glow around the house, something just to draw the attention it a little more.

Make his name bigger and more prominent as well. Realtors need their name to be smacking viewers in the face. Re-think the navigation, find something that sticks to your theme or fits better. Have fun with this, I'm not kidding this could be really hot with a little work. Keep it up!
