Just wanted to say hello
I have been a member for about 4 years (tutorial forum days) when I tried to be very helpfull with my contributions to the community = )
It all started when I was just a kid, about 5 years ago, and I decided to steal the absolutecross website to use on some dorky clan website, I even left the absolute cross part of it on! I didn't know anything, I can't remember his name these days, maybe david? but the owner of that site/tutorial forums told me to remove my site or he would take legal action.
I was like OH ****. DONT TELL MOM.
He then pointed me to some free tutorials and later, I joined tutorial forums per his suggestion. I took high interest in PHP and MySQL right off the bat, I read the php manual, literaly read it.. I loved it. I look at it like adult legos : )
Anyways, soon enough I was writing tutorials and community scripts and it was great fun. So tutorial forums, well happens to have spawned me, turned me into what I am today, a very capable perl, php and bash/linux scripting guru.
?>
=)

Hello erod
Long time no see. No hard feelings of course about that ole layout-nabbing episode haha
I'm not "quite" so protective of it these days... actually a bit bored of it... might finally do a nifty new standards-compliant redesign someday soon
I've been getting my feet wet with CSS recently making this site with Joomla (not compliant yet, still learning).
I'm extremely pleased to hear about how your experience with TF inspired you and helped you grow so much - that's the whole reason I do what I do. I wish you the best man, never stop learning! See ya around and glad to have you back.
Peace.
