Links won't work/blocked

Hello all,

I'm currently designing a website for a client, and I can't seem to get some links to work on their site. If you go to http://www.palladiumcapital.com/new/ and click "Resources" on the left, try to click some of the links under "Useful Links". Why won't any of those work?

Also, at the bottom right it says "Copyright 2003-2006 © Palladium Capital Advisors, LLC Member NASD/SIPC". Well the SIPC bit is a link, but for some reason Firefox blocks it as a pop up... Any ideas?

code for the links?

There is no code, I just set the URL and the target...

[Edit] I attached this screenshot so you could see what I mean. Look at the bottom, I just set the URL. And I opened the Actions pane so you can see that there is no ActionScript.

hmm, i made a mock swf, uploaded it to my server and everything worked fine. the only diff i can see is that im using version 7 and your using 6.

also, you're missing a doc type, although i don't link it would make a diff.
