Movie into a fixed preference Pop-Up Box??

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone could guide me in the right direction or provide a useful tutorial indicating the correct way to make my website automatically turn into a fix-sized pop-up box screen and be automatically positioned in the middle of the viewers screen when viewed. Is there also a way to make someone not able to maximize the pop-up box with the website in it as well?
