Seeking help slicing images

Was curious if anyone could assist me in slicing a layout, im having alot of trouble, heres my current results:

http://phpgs.com/tools/layout-v.12-sliced.html

lol, I am a php coder I managed to make a OK layout but can't get it sliced properly >_<

I could offer service in coding or something of that nature, if you require a payment tell me the amount i'll think about it, but their are lots of people with more graphic talent that i could pay for the hole shibang for pretty cheap so i'de rather not pay to much

This isn't really helpful.

But. This has to be like the single most asked question that still few people have a good ready response for. I could've bet the farm that someone wrote a brilliant tutorial on this some time ago, but I've never been able to find it again -- anyone recall this?

erod maybe one day I'll buckle down and write it. The hard thing is that it's more of an art than a science, and there's about sixty ways to accomplish the same effects.. so it's difficult to break down into steps. I'm busy tonight and out of town this weekend, but I can do it sometime next week if you're still struggling.

The layout consist of 3 parts that is the header, middle and footer so using Photoshop with the help of guidlines divide your layout in 3 parts and take the Layout to Image Ready or click (Shift+Ctrl+M), and in Image Read go to slice menu and click on Creat Slice From Guides and save as optimize...I Guess that might Help you....
