Plz help

I need help with Dreamweaver, I'm trying to do something but I can't seem to figure it out. On my site i have a section where a list of peoples usernames are put in, now what I want to do is that anytime you put your cursor over someones name a small box opens beside it and gives you info on that user. I know this is possible because I have seen it on many websites. Btw if I have many designing programs so just post here how you know to do it and I'll take care of the rest. Thanks a lot in return.
