I am. I suggest this website. You can look up calories, get helpful information, and there's also a place to put a journal. You can also record activities to see how many calories you have burned.
I'm doing it because I'm not happy with how I look and I am training for the Revlon Run/Walk for Women. Last year I was in really bad shape and it was comnplete torture walking all that way because of how out of shape I was. My main goal is to loose the weight AND keep it off.
Best of luck to anyone else who is dieting/exercising more/trying to change their eating habits and become healthy!

ive recently (well, for about the last 4 months) become a vegitarian. I thought that i would therfore loose weight but in fact, i have fealt alot healthier and have not really lost or gained any weight.
I am however incredibly un-fit, so me and a mate are about to start going running for an hour before college.
So no, i'm not on a diet, but i am getting fit.
I'm currently 6ft tall and 126lb. I dont know if this is good or bad :P

I am currently trying to lose a few excess pounds also, instead of cutting all unhealthy foods completely out ive slowly stopped eating/drinking them, for example i used to go through a day drinking upto 4 cans of coke, 3 weeks later and i rarely even drink one, i think about what i eat before i eat it, whether it will do me any good, trying to eat healthier meals, cutting out all that sort of crap, also remember if your going to eat a sandwhich use grainaray(spelling*) bread, when you digest this your body has to work alot harder than eating normal white bread.
Also get a dog if you dont have one, walking your dog a couple of times a day really makes a difference.

yes, mine is the starving college student diet. Nothing to snack on in the fridge, though i eat two fast food meals a day
. I try to stay fit by visiting the gym during the week and playing pick-up football on the weekends. I was trying to gain weight before, but it takes forever! Now i just let it do what it do.

Harry, you must gain weight. That's like... really underweight. Like, 20+ lbs underweight.
I can't remember who recommended FitDay, but here's my account: http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=LadyFirelyght
I'd heard of it several times before, but you made me want to use it even more.
