One of the following pics will end up on the back of my Tahoe's entire rear windows for advertising. A graphics designer created one & I created the other. Which pic is more pleasing to the eye?

A graphics designer created one & I created the other. Which pic is more pleasing to the eye? Pic #1 Pic #2 you posted in the wrond forum, dude.. eh ___________________ LIFE¬ SUCKS Will the mods please move it into the correct forum? We don't really have a forum for this---we encourage people to use our Studio---so I'll move this to the Water Cooler for now. The first made better use of typography with the bold (however the font that you both used sucks); however, the "Gametime Photography" obstructs our view of the image. The fading in the images is very juvenile and "haha look what I can do in Photoshop." The second has effective cropping and better colors. If you look in the second photo, though, it doesn't exactly conform to the angle like the rest do. This one, though, doesn't get the name across like the other one does---the typography doesn't have the bolding. (Again, that font for "Gametime Photography" SUCKS. I would have never chosen that.) But ultimately, I think it gets the theme across better. I would choose it. ___________________ I'd choose the first one because, as actionPlant stated, it'll be easier to read from a distance. The overall design of the second one is better than the first, but the typography of the first is much easier to see. ___________________ This site is as dead as my website. Remove the kids from the photos, people might get the wrong idea I think it would look better without the background photos and just have gametime photography and the website address, but that is jst me... ___________________ xxYY I hope you didn't pay the graphics designer, because neither of them really work. Pic 2 for the win! ___________________ Yeilding to the desires and whims of excessive humor... |
