I get it every now and often. When I used to listen to my iPod (I don't really use it much anymore), I listened to it at full volume and if I started talking my left ear would sound all muffled up and stuff. So I basically stopped listening to my iPod anymore, I do occassionally but at a lower volume.

Sometimes at night when I'm going to bed I get a ringing noise in my ear, that's only usually when it's really late and i've been on the computer listening to music all day.

My friend listens to his iPod at high volumes. Hope it farks up his ears, I don't like listening to audible emo when I'm near him.

My ears have felt a little weird over the past week, though this'd be the fist time in several years where I've had enough personal time to sit down and produce for days on end. I think I need to take a break. :(

Arent tumors bad? I mean arent tumors like cancer or something?

I prefer the Technics though. The cushion is a little better I think.

Not all are. Mine was benign (not cancerous) and wasn't the kind that could turn to cancer, however, because of its placement, it crushed some stuff like capilaries (sp?) and damaged my hearing nerve a touch. It had to be surgically removed (if it wasnt and continued to grow it would hvae put pressure on my brain) but a lot of people that have it usually have more problems than I do, I just have the hearing loss.

But what tinnitus means is chronic ringing, almost everyone gets it atleast once, the people that are diagnosed with the disease get it more often and allgedly worse. Mine just sounds like a high pitch beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep, without the b or p, heh. Like, when I was young one of our channels would goto an Emergency Broadcast System test, and would play this godawful high sound, thats what it sounds like. I've pretty much been able to forget it, like if I think about it and pay attention its almost always there, but I don't know, after that many years you get used to it i guess.

I know others have it worse though, and it drives them sorta mad. Hope none of you are like that.
