in other words, its common. metal text and smog i've seen everywhere. i'd have to see the cartoon tut. before i actually judge that one.. but the other are definetly plastered on a lot of sites

If you're offering a tutorial, don't make someone sign up to get it -- especially when you can get the same sort of thing elsewhere.
