As was stated previously, the design itself is nice. And (also previously stated) the only real thing mission is content.

Of course, I don't like the color scheme all that well, but that is more a thing of personal preference than anything else. Also, the background is nice too. I just like "checker" backgrounds, I suppose.

One small complaint though, the total size of all the images. I weighed it in as 178kb total! To me, thats just too large. Of course, once again I suppose that could be considered a personal preference.

Anyhow, as I stated, I like it. Besides the small size complaint, of course.

There are either some major coding flaws (camino nightly build/FIREFOX 1.5 OSX) in it, or some major design flaws concerning margins, padding and width.

If you could post a screenshot on how it should look, please do so, because the way I'm seeing it, I do not like it at all. There is no consistency in padding and margins and alot of the design elements seem randomly placed.

It looks pretty nice, the logo looks good (love the font), and the nav is easy enough to find (tho I would suggest you mark it with a little brighter background color, it doesn't need to be by a lot.) Unfortunately, you have contrast issues. "Latest news" is hardly readable, the body text is much to small, especially the text beneath the "Latest news," I had to zoom in to read it -- the date is next to invisible. The a:link color is a bit to dark too.

While it looks pretty good, the "log in"-form you have is just confusing due to the dark colors. You can hardly see that there are two fields there. And since they're not labelled, it's a bit hard to know how to use it even though the convention Username/Password.

It is also a nice touch to have a contact-form on your "contact" page, even though you supply your users with your phone and email. It's easy to write, and easy to use for users.

You should also double-check your code, since the headers looks a bit funny in Opera (http://home.dystopic.net/misc/envisage-opera.png).
