December 16th, 2005 04:18 PM i feel the same as well. i would like if someone kept us peons up to date on what's happening... no i dont want to know your whole lives... just what's currently going on @ neverside. I doubt it will be as popular as TF, but hey, you never know... I liked the VB btw. I know it was a hassle. I know you all wanted something new. I know things change. But, I don't like change. I mean, why try to fix something that's not broken? omg... im having major TF withdrawls. The contests, the marketplace... jesus christ... I'm going crazy.... Please let me help do SOMETHING... sigh... Something BIG needs to happen, and I'm not refering to the PM system... That's just expected. Something untraditional and unique. creative, but simple enough to get the message across to others who left TF as it became NS, so people will once again have faith in this website community. There are no words to describe the feeling I have right now, except for empty... I went to pixelranger.com today for my daily dose of motivation. I suggest everyone go to their favorite web site that motivates them, and DO SOMETHING! Anyone know what features are to come in the near future? I know people don't like broken promises, but hope is what keeps humans alive. I hope NS will be as great and popular as TF, but I can only hope so much before I, myself lose faith... ___________________

One of the mods or Locke can probably explain how it was broken better than I can, but IIRC it was because VB was out of date and crashing the server. A community is only as strong as its people. I backed off and stopped posting for a couple months, but I'm back now. I want to see NS grow, and that means the members need to really STEP UP. ___________________ This site is as dead as my website. December 16th, 2005 09:34 PM I think it would have been alot better if they would have gotten ns up when they said it was coming or kept tf up until it did come because alot of members disappeared from that two months of "this, this, and that is happening but it'll be up soon we promise" December 16th, 2005 10:57 PM Well the mistakes of the past are in the past and TF is gone for good. So with that said, the NEW development staff took over recently and have been plagued with Holidays popping up left and right, but I can assure you despite the best efforts of the Holiday season to spoil their plans, they have continued to forge ahead and are developing as we speak... As to what they are working on or their progress. I think that is best left for them to release on when they feel it is ready to release. You say you their was problems with VB, I honestly think you're bullshitting us here, why didnt you think to re-install it? I find it hard to belive the actual script was causing big bad problems, what made TF have problems with VB when every other bigger and better 'community' didn't?
