see in IE the hover effect offsets the menu also I need someone to check this in other browsers also the time can you all give me a time check on how long it takes to come up

When I first looked at it, it was as though I was just looking at an image. It didn't draw me into clicking the links. The navigation needs to be reworked. Other than that, looking ace.
