Need a quick job done... =(

Unfortunely, I do not have Illustrator, so I can't do this:
I have images that I am getting made into some T-shirts. I'm getting them printed from a friend. Sadly, the images are 72 dpi and quite small when converted to 300 dpi. The images are very vector like, and I'm thinking that Illustrator can automatically convert them into vector files. All I need is them resized into large images at 300 dpi. If someone could do this, I would REALLY appreciate it. I don't like mooching services off of people, but it looks like I have to this time. I can't pay or anything, I'm 14, but you will have my utmost respect, expiring the moment you die.
Here's 2 images that were going to be printed on one shirt, as a chest-and-sleeve thing:

I'd suggest you don't steal images from http://www.americanfearclothing.com/ (AMERICAN FEAR CLOTHING) and just buy the shirts. They're not expensive. The money you would use to get them printed would be the same as buying them!
