A simple circle ?

Create a circle with a 2 px stroke. How to achieve this effect with 1 step?

get the circular marquee tool. hold down shift and create the selection. get the color fill tool and fill it in. then click edit - stroke. and choose 2px and set your color. boom your done.

Or you can make a circle, fill it, then double click on the layer in the layer window and it'll open up the layer properties. Select stroke and set it to two and select the color. I like doing this better because later if you feel like resizing the circle or making another one, the stroke stays on in the exact same size.
