Early Stages

So far I've only coded the main page, but it's my first attempt at a xhtml/css based design. I'm having trouble validating because of urls I've linked to, any ideas as to how to get past this? Also any suggestions/comments on the actual design would be great. I've also heard there is something wrong in IE where the bullets don't always show up, if anyone has any info on this, or how I can remedy the problem it would be much appreciated, thanks in advanced!

I like the site too, just a few things.

The text on the menu buttons are hard to see, at least for. I have a pretty dark monitor maybe that is what causing it.
And then it's a little thing that I can see in Opera 8.5 but not in IE, see the attach file.

Other then that, I like it.

Edit:
I can't attach a pic it seems...
Well here it's anyway

It looks fine, good structure. However, you should try increasing some of the text. Especially the pixeltext in the menu, it's ridiculously small.

And aside from the white box appearing in Opera, there's also a space at the top of the page.

It's pretty good. I think that you could lay out the information in the stereo buddy section alot better, right now it just looks like you gave up and threw in text. Don't let it bring down the sites aesthics...

I don't want to turn this into a debate on browsers, but I'm hoping you're kidding, because that is simply not true.

While I do agree that Opera isn't "horrible" or "buggy" this does seem to be a horrible blug that is plaguing my layout, seems Opera is completely ignoring the "overflow:hidden" attribute. Any ideas on how to get around this?
