gamespot.com redesign
Well http://www.gamespot.com 's new design has been launched... I like it better then the old design but I was hoping for something faster loading and less cluttered (which is what they said it would be, and overall it's not; though there are many improvments). Is XHTML though (I don't think the old one was, but could be wrong) - I'm too lazy to see if it validates.

They may have valid CSS but their "XHTML" is far from valid. They don't even have a doc type.
Anyways, I think the overall design looks pretty nice.

For a site as big as that, you would think they would work out the bugs first...
Most **** is fucked up for me, plus it's just streched out more downwards. Also I like the icons for the systems instead of the text at the top.
Conclusion, old one better, for now.

They could definately organize the content better, but oh well. Although, you know something is wrong when their footer is taller than their header.
