What does Weight do in 3ds max

I was looking at this tutorial and this guy used weight. I never saw it before or know what it does. My Help files are screwed up thats why I'm asking. I forgot where its located.

weight is a property in reactor, or at least i think, i'm not on a computer with max so i cant check. if all else fales look in the help files

Don't quote me on it but I believe the "weight" of an object is how much it is effected by an object, or how much it is effecting an object. Not 100% sure though.

look for some reactor tutorials.
weight is used to simulate gravity.

3dkingdom.org has some good reactor tutorials.
