home made brushes - where are they?

help me im stoopid. i made some brushes on photoshop of crows and butterlies, but then i loaded a new set of brushes and lost them (oopsy). Now I dont know where they are, or how to get them back? where does photoshop store defined brushes by default? and if i do get tham back, how do i create a new set to put them in?

Are you sure you saved the brush set the first time? If you forgot to save the set you made, then once you loaded the new set, you lost any unsaved brushes from the last one.

Brushes are generally stored in C:\\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop\Presets\Brushes...

And if they weren't saved, I don't think you can get them back. Unless, of course, you make them again.

thanks lol i dont think i saved them.. (oops)... guess i'll have to make them again. O well shouldnt take too long! Thanks for your help! I'll make triply sure to save them properly next time..
