Scrollbar help
i was wondering if everone new how to do a scroll bar like this:

i just want a basic flash scroll bar u can click and drag. im somewhat new with flash so i would need help on how to get the content in the scrollbar. exactly like the site.
can anyone pleassee help me. or no of a tutorial just like that.
