rofl, reminds me of Carl's issue where he signed up for BROADBAND ACCESS which was $9.95 and they signed him up for the $24.95 dial-up service. They also wouldn't fix it/correct it.

I hope they keep sending me their CDs. They're becoming more creative and more durable with the cases and they're nice to store your burned CDs in :)

I used AOL a coulple times before and I was scare to call them to cancel their service. It is really hard to cancel their services.
