as with joe, i wouldnt have thought that this colour scheme would work, but it does, nice one!
the only things i would change are with the rating system,
1) like eric6889 said, when you give a rating, you dont know if it has worked or not, a "Thank You" popping up under the stars or something would be cool.
2) Could you give some indication somewhere about which stars on the rating system equal lowest and which are the highest? i had to look at where i was linking to to work out what rating i was giving!
overall a very nice site with a great colour scheme!
