Paypal is very useful when making transactions with people that are honest traders. But in any other case, if it doesn't run completely smoothly, expect to lose money or figure everything out yourself, or both. This is an entirely new realm for google. GMail is free. Google search is free. Neither one of them require good customer service.

Yeah, the only other company that I saw people hypening was Greenzap, but I don't care, I'm not using a provider to handle my money that uses words like "Servicez" I don't care how trendy it is.

As for Google being a new realm of providing good customer service, that's a bit false. 99% of google's multi-billion dollar revenue was generated by their AdWords advertising medium. Advertisers are buggy people and often require a lot of customer service from the advertising network/provider they are working with.

I'm confident Google understands the importance of good customer service.

Good points, I didn't know advertising was such a huge part of google.

Those ads are everywhere. It's even on Neverside now.

Google could take your money that you made from Adsense and put it right into money account with them, which would be nice if you planned on spending the money online.

yeah im up for google browser and os and messenger theres a good chance that they will all be top notch because most google things are! Il be getting a google wallet account! Hope they do something related to adsence so you can put your money straight in, would you stil need to pay tax?

They are. Google is constantly improving their search algorithm, their spam blocker for GMail, and all sorts of other things. They have sufficient staff to keep all these projects manned, don't worry.

The difference between Google and other companies is that Google is full of social geniuses. They know what people want, and how they want it done. In my opinion, this is what they have built their entire company on. Their customers and visitors.

In contrast, Microsoft is full of a bunch of anti-social dickwads. They do everything based around money, not customer satisfaction. Of course, Google is based around money, too. But they base THAT off what will please the people.

If you ask me, within 15 years, Google will have driven Microsoft right out of the market. Especially if they combine with Amazon like in that flash video, which seems quite realistic. Amazon and Google have very similar goals.
