An individual signs up at a site, such as free*insert item*.com. In order for them to receieve their prize, they need to have x amount of sign ups (it varies from item to item due to the value and popularity). Once they have x sign ups, they receieve their gift.

In theory, a conga facilitates this process by having others in the conga line sign up under you. You sign up using the referral link for the conga line, then your referral line will be added and others sign under you.

If you read the other 4 pages you'd have a better understanding of how things work.
