Rainlender (Like theclincher said) is the program I am using.

My theme isn't "Luna". It's Royale or something, can't remember the exact name.

My favorite stickies application is Stickies for Windows. You can change the colors, make them transparent, save them, etc. It's pretty cool, though it takes up a large hunk of memory for such a small application.
