The way the shadow stops abruptly on the top and bottom looks a little strange, if you change that then I think it will look dandy.

Really nice design, Radley. I don't see anything wrong except for the shadows eljaysun mentioned.

Agreed.

Anyways, the background gradient kind of seems low-quality, and I'm in 32-bit. Also, the navagation rollovers I think would look better if they were darker instead of lighter. And the red link rollovers don't match the color scheme.
