Cellphone Rings/Wallpapers

Anyone know how you could create them and then put them on a site so you can download them onto your cellphone?

If you have a WAP browser on your phone, use these sites:
Wallpapers - http://www.freemobilefun.net/
Ringtones - http://www.polyphonicringtonez.com/

Some phones come with a cable that connects to the phone and the computer via USB. Not all phones though.

Hmmmm, whats another way I can put this....

How would you go about creating one of those sites? Where people can download them off your site etc.

Sorry, I read your post wrong. I thought you wanted to know where to get wallpapers and ringtones.

Unfortunately I don't know much about WAP browsers or creating sites for them.

http://3gupload.com/ $10 a year, can't beat that with a wooden stick. Unlimited ringtone downloads, and you are allowed to upload as many images and ringtones of your own as you want.
