Frame inside image.

There probably is a really simple answer to this, but i thought i may aswell ask here first, seen as you guys are all so darn clever.

Anyway, what i want to do is; i want to have a Feature box on my site, with a seperate text document inside it.

Ignore the text at the bottom of the image.

I want the text document to go where the grey box is.
