Load a image from a URL?

I have a .txt that I import. Then inside there is an URL to a image.
How can i make it so the image will be displayed on the flash movie?

*Damn that was hard to explain :-x*

Make a place holder movie clip in your flash document. Then set the action for that movie clip to:

[name of the place holder movie clip].loadMovie("path to your picture plus picture name")

Can you change the color of a MovieClip with actionscript?
(Ex. I have a MovieClip with some blue lines, can i change them to red with actionscript?)

But a CSS file would be to much. Its only two things i wanna change.
I've solvd #1 with this: TextFieldName.textColor = '0xFF0000';

Its there a same way to get my second question solvd?
