I love it. Everything about it looks real good to me. A drop-down menu wouldn't look bad, but that's your call. It looks just as good without it.

alisk, i take that as a great compliment as i am not primarily a coder/programmer, i am a designer first and foremost. but, css has intrigued me and i am trying to learn as much as i can while completing other work for clients. so, thanks for that comment, i appreciate it.

The bullets in the right thing (that try to look like golf balls?) - They don't fit...
So what if it's declared as a background? It's used as a bullet...

Also, I have the impression the image of the golf ball close-up isn't centered within the strip thing...

I like it but maybe more contrast with the background just a though...
