How to make & animate SMOKE

Hi, I'm trying to create and animate smoke for a logo inside flash mx2004. it should look sort of like this http://www.flashkit.com/movies/Effects/Special_Effects/ ... dimme-1047/index.php

or animating an existing image of smoke for example ive attached a picture of smoke i want to animate

how do i go about doing this inside Flash MX 2004? Are there any good tutorials on doing this topic?

did you download the .fla and take a look at it? I use a similar effect on my site and that's how I learned how..
