Photoshop Problem

my photoshop keeps closing it self whilst loading up , there was a thing that u press that re-sets it. any one know?

Yes, reboot, reinstall.

the thing to press is "Start > Turn off Computer", Then pn plug the PC take it down to a shop, trade it in for a Mac, get photoshop for Mac, and it should work

Try pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Delete when its starting up, and press ok to delete the preference file, this might help.

Isn't it just Ctrl + Alt + Shift?
