Page refresh

Is there a way to refresh the page automaticly after someone clicks a link? I dont want META refresh just refresh like it would if you press F5.

I'd try:

header( 'refresh: 0; url=index.php' );

The number after refresh is the number of seconds to wait before refreshing.
url is... the url of the page you want.

This seems to work on 50% of pages. I havn't worked out why it doesn't happen all the time, and its not like i havn't tried.
