Yeah, I know it he big loop hole to get out of trouble for having them. How many people only download the games they have though. I'm guessing .05% of the actual people who download emulators. Innocent until proven guilty theory applies here... I'd do what Dachande mentioned otherwise you're pretty much out of luck. Its legal if you own the games. That's how it should be. But the law seems to favor Nintendo and help them close down those ROM sites. |
