Apache Problem

I've installed Apache with mySQL, PHP, and phpMyAdmin sucessfully about 5 times before but after I reformatted, Apache just wont install. I installed it as a service for all users but when I go to start it, it gives me a message saying Service "Apache" is not installed so i checked in services.msc and its not there. Why wont it install correctly?

You formatted... how would it still be there after you formatted! You need to reinstall it,

Yeah man how simple can you be? When you reformat EVERYTHING goes! Its gone! And you wonder why it says not installed?

Oh sorry I know I just typed my question wrong. What I am trying to say is I installed it after reformatting and then I try to start Apache but it says Service "apache" is not installed
