how can i repair damage or corrupt RAR-ZIP file ??

can any one help me ??
i have 1 .zip file .. and 1 .rar file ..
the 2 file sizes are more than 50 mb

but when i open any one of them .. the program give me an error msg ..

can any one help me ..?
how can i fix these files ?? or how can i recover some data inside them ??

Might try another program, if that doesn't work, you need to re download the file.
