I tried reporting it to Apple, but not sure which support/feedback page to send it to. Someone should call them. If China has no Copyright laws, then there's nothing they can do about it.

Apple has connections I'm sure there's something they can do about it Not that I really care or anything...

theres nothing they can do about it. Havent you guys seen Extreme Ripoffs on the Discovery Channel. They are all made in china, and the companys cant do anything about it, even if they say its made by the official company when its not

Ummm, Apple has factories where they manufacture iPod parts, so I'm sure Apple could do something about it.

The only mp3 player worth buying is the Sony Walkman. Holds more/as much as the iPod, looks better, it's smaller, the sound quality is better, it's easier to use, and best of all - doesn't stop working after a year! Given, it is about 50 bucks more, but it's worth it to not have to buy an iPod.

When did the Ipod stop working after a year?

I own a Dell Dj 15 gb player, and it was $150 for it, and i get 20 hours of battery life and im super happy with it.
