AEX (Adobe After Effects) tutorials?

Hey,

does anybody know where I can find some good tutorials on After Effects? The one I got from ayato are quite advanced, I need some basic step-by-step courses to get the feeling on how it works...

This site has Tutorials but you have to pay. But they are excellent.
Hands on Training books are by far the best books to learn AEX
