I have 2 differnt images, which is better?

Ok these are gonna be used on counter-strike: source, me and PolishKid have been argueing which is better. I like the second one. But here's the first:

That's my friend sam. He was making a spray image for Counter-Strike: Source and after his first one, I liked it because of its simplicity that gave it a clean look but the second one is too cluttered. Hopefully he can get the links working right as they don't want to work for me. Actually, here are the two as attachments

oh hah, sorry. well im kinda new here so i just figured it automaticly adjusted your sig if its too big.

but anyways, whats wrong with the font?
