lets say me and a few friends wanna record a few things w/ our guitars and stuff, is there a thing i could install on my comp so that we can plug in, and record? and uh, cheap?

if you want cheap, use windows sound recorder and get a really cheap microphone. it will probably suck, but it will be cheap. this isnt really on topic with the post but... Polishkid, why did you quote all of what sam/lee said? As it was the first post in the topic thread, so it was rather pointless :/ ___________________
yea, it should have 1 or 2 mic inputs, and a few of those normal guitar/ bass inputs.. mic the amps, mic the thing, connect to a multi port sound card.. record to adobe audition ___________________ Better than you disorderedStatus: Offline!
The best recording program I've used is CoolEdit 2.0 to record on the computer. You just hook up your mic to the back of the comp, or wherever and record with it. I believe you can get it at Cooledit.com, but to be sure, Google it! Adobe bought Cool Edit pro, and made it into adobe audition! ___________________ Better than you |
