How do you bend text?

Hi, I cant work out how to bend my text in an arch to follow the curve of a circle, any help appreciated.

If you're using CS you can simply create the path you want to use, then select the type tool and move your mouse near the path until it changes. Once it changes then you can type along the path.

i have adobe photoshop 6. how do i do it with that?

Here's a way that gives you a bit more artistic freedom:
Rasterize the type and rotate the entire image 90 degrees. Now use the Filter > Distort > Shear on the textlayer and bend it as you like.
When you're done just rotate the image back to its original orientation.
You say that you have Photoshop 6 but do you have access to Illustrator? Illustrator has had text on path for a long time. If so create your text in Illustrator and then just copy/paste it into Photoshop.

Yeh I would recommend doing text effects/transformations in Illustrator.

he might not have illustator tho :\ i would follow the tuitorial jadedchron posted. if that doesnt work try doing what WebMachinist said. good luck
