anyone know where i can find some like cut out magazine brushes, not really grunge but magazine looking/old/wreacked ripped style , tryed searching could'nt find anything

What's a cut out magazine look like? Are you referring to teared paper or the ransom note- like effect?

Either way, again, your best bet is to use some of the torn paper tutorials out there, grab some resources off Google's image search, and get started creating your own brushes.
