I NEED CRITIQUE AND HELP WITH HTML FOR FLASH!

I have some stupid bug with HTML cod. In i cannot see on PC. But on PC + IE5, 6 lookig terrible

someone can help me? I mean about frame and conflict with background. Now, all in center, but i want to see all in top. I think is on PC IE5 only! On my iMac all ok...

err im sure it has to do with the coding, maybe convert (recode) your html to a semantic/valid one first.. because your sloppy code seems to be the reason in my opinion :confused:
