exporting from imageready to photoshop?
I just created a rollover in imageready now i want to take it and put it into a layout i have been designing in photoshop. I am under the impression that a rollover is more complex than a normal image so it only gives me the option to save it as a .psd. How can i take the rollover and insert it into my photoshop layout?

I don't want to hi-jack this thread but I also would like a lesson on this. As for me my problem is very simular. heres what I got. I'm still figuring out how to do the roll-over or whatever.

What I do is just design the entire layout in one photoshop file where I put the original version of the button on one layer, and the rollover state button on another layer that I hide, then slice it up and go to imageready. Once in imageready open the rollover window and select the slice that contains your rollover button, create a rollover state (one of the buttons on the window), and turn the layer that contains the button in its original state invisible, and the layer that contains the button in its rollover state visible.
Export the whole thing to html and that should do the trick.
If you want a rollover with an animation do the same but when the rollover state is created and selected in the rollover window, create the animation in the animation window.

Umm, isn't there a button in imageready that opens up photoshop with the file? It should be at the very very bottom of the tools bar.
