Is anyone watching this? It's getting pretty horrible. If Kerry loses, WW3 will come about. I'm either moving to Japan or Canada or the likes to avoid the draft. Thoughts in this thread if you feel like it.

The draft has been talked about for years -- long before Bush. Right now, there really is no need for a draft to be instituted, and I honestly don't believe that Bush would cause a WW3 to happen.

WW3? Rediculous. The draft is not going to happen. The draft bill was proposed by a democratic senator to make a point and only 2 voted for it. Don't play into the crap that the liberals tell you, think for yourself.

Ok, so it now looks like this is the beginning of the fall of the democratic party. The republicans actually gained a few seats in the senate and control that and the house of representatives. Now, Kerry-Edwards are pushing for a 2000 recount lawyer type stuff which will amount to nothing because they have no basis for their arguement because a bush victory is inevitable. Don't tell me its not because just look at the provisional ballots... they still need to be counted and they will likely spit pretty even as all the other votes have been. They can only win if the provisional ballots have an overwhelming amount for kerry.

FOUR MORE YEARS FOR BUSH!

well I didn't vote for him but I still think he will win. I don't think preference should cloud reality...

I would be very surprised if Kerry came out on top andright now it's not going that way.

Anyone planning on moving to Canada to avoid the draft, well... don't. It's not going to work, you'll be sent back if found out. At least that's what I heard.

Also college doesn't really make you exempt either unless you are going to be in your senior year or graduating semester, I forget what I read though...

I just can't wait for it to be over so everyone can shut up and continue on with thier lives...
