Flash Dynamics Gradiant and Flip

Not that I want to copy that web site but...
I'm just curious how they make that gradiant in flash. Try resizing the explorer window, the gradiant will resize but not the web site.

I was wandering also how to flip square just like they do (just after the little introduction)
