Hows the banner?

I got bored, so i decided to make a "webby." it's basic. and i might finish it one day....but what do you guys think of the banner? thanks.

it's pretty neat
are u gonna add menus/links to this banner?
if so then it's perfect
if not then reduce the height

The banner is very nice .... I couldn't say the same about the pixel things above it though...

While you are looking at some surreal art prints or just some surreal art you might get yourself some windows xp boot screens. And read/watch some Photoshop tutorials to learn a new technique

i like it, but i think where it says leet hacker you need to have that strokes with 1 px black and maybe a black outer glow instead of the light yellow/white

also for the layout, the solid gray section which takes up most of the space around the big box and 3 small boxes should have a gradient

select it with magic wand tool, then make a new layer and give it a black to trans gradient

otherwise your embosses/bevels dont really look right
