Soft shaded border

Would anyone know how to creae the shaded border or something like it as seen around the enter button at the following site http://nitinvadukul.com/main.html . Something to it can be seen here on the splash page http://www.chocolatebrides.com/

Any help or pointing me in the right direction would greatly be appreciated.

Make a selection using the tool of your choice, with the airbrush use a soft edge brush, set the brush opacity and flow down to about 50%, then just airbrush along the edge of the selection.
