online appointment booking script??

hey ...
I am looking for a script and was wondering if someone could help me out. The script will handle the booking of appointments online.
Here are some things that I m looking for it to do.

1. visitor will select a date and fill in information to a form requesting the appointment.

2. If the date is available, then an email will be sent to the owner to notify them of the request.

note:: at this time, the calendar on the website will show that this date has been requested but not yet confirmed.

3. When the owner goes to the site to check out the rquest for the appointment then, they can either confirm it or deny it. Either way, an email will be sent to the person who sent the request notifying them of the response.

note:: at this time the site calendar is updated with the either "booked" or "available" depending on the response from the site owner.

If anyone knows of a script like this then please let me know. I would prefer that it be PHP and not ASP since i dont seem to be able to run ASP pages on my site. All they want to do is download when I click on an *.asp page. Maybe someone knows how to fix that.
